In any great landscape, we try to create elements that look different, but we can also help make different sections feel different. All plants are not the same, some have big leaves, some have thorns, and some have multiple elements in a single plant. These differences create texture; this texture allows the area feel less cookie cutter and more natural. While most of Abilene is flat we can help create the appearance of movement by using plants, trees, and other greenery with different heights. The difference of textures and height also makes the design that much more appealing to the eye.
